Engine problems, juddering whilst driving!

I drive a UK Jazz Sport, one with 1.4dsi, and its started having problems. It's got 56k on clock and recently its started juddering at low revs an all the gears. It stops if you put your foot down or change gear but I can't figure out whats wrong, it's been to my local garage and plugged in but its not throwing out any codes an I don't wanna take it to honda in case they screw me on repair charges. Anyone got any ideas what it could be, I thought fuel filter might be blocked??

is it a manual or auto? pit stops when you step on the clutch or change gears? perhaps its the clutch? if you have a auto maybe your throttlebody is dirty.

usually anything from 1500-3000. Does it more when low on fuel as well I've noticed. It's odd cause on a full tank I'd expect to get well over 300 miles but its struggling, I used to get better mileage in ma Teg type r!!

figured out the problem now, it's the EGR (exhaust gas recycling) valve thats knackered. Looking at about £200 to replace it as I can only buy them from Honda which ain't good but at least I know whats wrong now!!
