if you cant wiggle it back in, the bearings probably popped out of place. Most likely gonna have to cut open the CV boot and re-set the bearings, or buy a new axle.

took me about 2 minutes after I freaked out to get it back in. I used some force and wiggled it. Also when you wiggle it, get a feel of where the axle actually locks in,, it won't go all the way in. it'll lock into place but not fully get pushed in. when you do that,, rotate the axle by holding the rotors and put a bit of force in it to get it popped in. If all fails.. JDMchris' idea...

Got it in!

Ok, one of my buddies has a friend who works on cars, has $$$$$ in tools, etc...

he came over w/ an impact gun and took the axle off, reset the bearings, put another clamp on the boot and put it back in.. voila...

all this AND we never got to put the damn springs in... i'm just gonna pay either the guy who came fixed my car $120 or pay a shop by my job $150 to do, depending on which is more convenient at the time and i'm going to have to wait another week or 2 to do this

atleast my car is driveable though
