I'm so pissed off at myself! :(

So last night I got into a little accident. Don't really want to go into details... but long story short, the right side of my car hit a curb. Thankfully there was no damage whatsoever to the body, but to the two rims... different story.

Here's a picture of the right front rim. The right rear rim isn't as bad as this, but still has some damage. My friend drove the car and thinks that the allignment is fine... I'm just reallllly pissed off at myself for basically not paying attention to the road and all. Anyways, does anyone know if I go into the dealership to fix this... will warrenty cover it?

Hmm ...looks like it's time to get some custom rims

On a more serious note, sorry about the accident.

aw, sorry about your accident. i don't think it'll be covered in warranty because you crashed your car to cause the damage, but i hope you get it fixed and then you're good to go!

What a bummer!

Wow. That's horrible. Sorry for the misfortune. If you somehow can't have them fixed then you can purchase'em used for cheap here: Honda-Tech.com: Honda Fit: ** For Sale & Want To Buy** September - October '07

Good luck!

Take the wheels off and leave the car on blocks. Call the police and say they were stolen.

Pay your deductible... NEW WHEELS.

LOL!
I will sell you 4 cinderblocks for $80, and included in the deal is my agreement to never mention it.

But seriously, it sucks when we get caught being momentarily careless, doesn't it? I wish I was not guilty of the same stupid kind of crap, but, alas, I can't point the finger.
Sorry this happened to your Fit. My (worthless?) advice is to get new wheels ASAP, and throw the other ones in the ocean. Unless you want to keep the best one as a full-size spare.
Most importantly, get the damaged ones out of your sight so your car will still seem 'new' and undamaged.
Out of sight, out of mind. Mind over matter. If you don't mind, it don't matter.
Best to you.

that does suck.
At least they where the stockers... good excuse to buy new rims.
some @$%^# in an SUV ran me into the curb the same day I had my aftermarket wheels mounted... thankfully they are cheap Konig's.
