CAD is finally catching up. Now I have to spend 15% more on parts from Canadian vendor. I am sure the Yen / USD rate is going to change soon. This is painful. I pick the worst time to get a Fit and do mod.

For those of you that got all your parts a few months / last year, lucky you!

Not to "put salt in your wounds", but actually now is the right time for me to buy some parts from US as the USD is the weakest it has been vs the Norwegian Kroner (NOK) over the last 15-20 years.

Too bad I dont have the right amount of money avaiable right now

And the parts I want for my Jazz I can't buy in US either since they are ment for a USDM Fit...

 

Bad for you, great for us. Now you know how much it sucks to pay a large percentage more for something because it is being sold to you in another currency! Finally I can get some decent prices on parts from the US and even in Canada. Anything that is imported from the US costs less and therefore will sell for less up here. It's about time! Can't wait to hit up the deals down in Seattle when I head out to Vancouver in a few weeks!

 

yea i posted this a while back, and i think the yen did change a little also, i was joking about giving us a few more years and we will be the same strength as mexico

 

That is the only reason I'm holding off on buying Mods for now...
