Rear Wiper Fluid Nozzle Broken

Has anyone broken the rear wiper fluid nozzle on their Fit? It is my first winter and the weather is pretty cold (-20C). I went to brush the snow off the back window, accidentally hit the nozzle, and the plastic cracked and broke off.

Does anyone know if it is easy to replace? Does the dealer have to do it? Is this covered by any warranty?

This has never happened before. I could easily crazy glue it back on but the car is new and this should not happen.

They are simply held on by a plastic nut. Just pull off the water supply hose and remove the nut, then do it in reverse. why would you expect it to be a warranty repair.. you broke it off not like it fell off by itself.

No... you hit it and broke it. Time to own up to it and buy a new one, then be more careful!

I broke mine a year ago, I got a new one from Honda for cheaper than this if memory serves.

Without it, you can shoot washer fluid VERY far behind you tho!

Just discovered that mine had broken off this morning ... found the black plastic bit lying on the driveway ... could've happened when scraping the windshield or perhaps gas station attendants when cleaning the windows ... I know that one person told me they found the location for the nozzle very annoying to clean around ... it's easy to hit ... called the service dept. at my dealer to get a new one ... he told me to put duct tape over it until they can fix it ...
