Help! Brake problem

I was rotating my tires and checking my brakes. I found that my rear driver side brake drum doesn't turn smoothly. So I marked my drum on clocks, when I turn it counter-clockwise, it feels like the brake shoe touches the drum from 6 -7 o'clock. I tried to loosen up the rear brake cable more by adjusting it under the center consle, but it doesn't help. Please help me out! Thank you

It shouldn't matter if they don't know you have done any work on your brake's yourself.Don't say anything if you have.It will be covered under warrenty.

It sounds like the adjuster pawl has been overextended on that drum. The pawl is reached thru an opening behind a little rubber seal backside of the hub and adjusted with a flat-bladed screwdriver. The local Honda dealer should do this for an hour's labor but any competent shop can do it just as well.
Good observation tho to see one drum drags at specific location.
If you want to try yourself remove the seal ( its sort of an ellipse) and pry the little teeth on the pawl two teeth down; If it gets tighter on the drum raise it 4 teeth (2 correcting and 2 loosening from original). If its looser but still drags go 1 or 2 more teeth at a time til the drag is just gone and matches the other side drag.
Replace the seal and road test. Repeat if necessary.
Now you know why some of us replace drums with discs. Discs are self-adjusting floaters.

LOL, I intentionally adjusted mine to drag a bit and let the brake shoes wear themselves in. Unless it's dragging so bad that you have to use considerable force to turn the drum, just ignore it. Drum brakes rub a little, it's a fact of life.

I knew I ordered the T1R GB for some reason! ><;;;; So here's the story of what happened today.

I went to the dealer early morning before my work. Dropped off my car and they said they are going to charge me $50 for brake adjustment. I was thinking that it's ok since I never do any brake adjustment and the car is at its 17500 miles. After I got off from work, I went to pick up my car, jacked up my car right after I got home and found out that it's still rubbing and dragging the wheels a little! So I got pissed and went back to the dealer and left the car there overnight. The service advisor it's normal for drums..... and I said that if it's normal... how come I don't hear it on the other side! My car is staying over at the dealer tonight, hope it will turns out good.

That's why I don't like dealers. They just want $$$$$$$$$$
