WOW after all those changes I think I'd just get a VW Golf GTi and have a bit of change left over.
The electric power steering definitely has a very different feel to the standard hydrolic but saves heaps in fuel. I think I'm used to it now.
The engine article here http://asia.vtec.net/Series/FitJazz/lseries/index.html explains why the current L-Series engines don't rev out so high.
The bodykit on the '05 facelifted VTI-S isn't as angular as the pre facelift model and looks a bit more intergrated (less bolted on).
This Jazz has projector headlamps - very nice
