New Fit
Hey everyone.
Picked up a new Fit on Saturday. Sport Blaze Orange Metallic with a slushbox. It is mainly going to be the g/f's car.
Got a quick question. What is meant but the 'USDM' and 'JDM' I see posted on here.
Still learning the tricks of the car. Can't wait to drive it more, waiting till she gets the insurance in her name before we drive it. Only have about 40 miles on it at the moment.
Will be hanging out here a bit more.
Anyone on here use IRC? I would be willing to set up a chat room, if people would hang out in it. Not that it is hard to set up but....

Hello and welcome. I'm also new here and learning about honda's JDM= Japanese domestic market
USDM= US domestic market or Norh America for that matter.
alot of the cars/trucks produced by Japanese for north america differ from what they produce for there home market, sometimes (well most of the time) the parts produced for there exclusive market are better/cooler parts and can easily be swaped on to your ride.
Example: my JDM coin holder

EDM - European Domestic Market
Maybe you can show your girlfriend all the modes of the Fit, like "Long Mode", "Refresh Mode", and a favorite on this forum, "Dirty Mode". *winkwink nudgenudge say namore*

Some are yes. For example, JDM Taillights, JDM Front and rear bumper, JDM coin holder, ect.
