CT dealer upsetting my wife
When you buy a car, there should be one point of contact -- you. Have your wife route all requests to you and she should refuse to talk with them at all, point blank. It's one of their strategies... divide and conquer.
I have helped several friends and relatives buy cars, and have walked out of 2 dealerships when they wouldn't stop the bs even when directly asked. A few of them are more about the money past MSRP than happy customers, don't let it get under your skin.
