Hi guys,

I park on the street in NYC and my bumper is getting f"!$%&*.

Does anyone know where I can get front and back bumper bras for my Fit?

A lot of people in NYC drive around with these really lame protectors that look like a doormat hanging off their back bumper, but I don't want to stoop that low. I'm hoping to get something that actually fits on the FIT so that it won't look ridiculous. Leather perhaps?

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you considered a 3m clear shield? It's A clear film about 8mm thick that sticks to the bumpers you can order it for the hood, mirrors, and front fenders as well.All that will cost about 5-6 hunderd installed check with good detailing and body shopes for a price. It looks a lot nicer than the leather like black ones that have to be removed to clean. I hope this is of some help.
ps this would cost about $500 in jersey.

I have the OEM bra. They only have it for the front.
Id suggest the clear bra as suggest above. Leaving the nose mask (bra) on at all times is bad for the paint. Its not suppose to be left on in the rain or in snow.

 

So I guess ones for the back don't really exist, huh?

You can get clear shield installed anywhere you want on your Fit.I had mine done today at Vigg Designs in freehold nj 732-683-9400 or info@viggdesigns.com John did a really great job he's a real artist.he's a real good guy too, so if anyone in the nj area needs or wants a real pro to install your shield give him a call. I'm not related to him (haha) just met the guy today.But he really does very nice work.

No then dont. Its not really needed as the bugs and road debris arnt a big problem from the rear of the car. Mainly the front.

 

Any clear bra product comes 1.custom cut to a certain car or 2. on a roll
that a good installer car cut to any area of a car including a back bumper.It's up to you on how much you want to spend.
