I bought my tails from N1 and everything was cool. I spoke with Albert which is the main guy that is usually around these forums. I had the rear tail for about a week and the passenger side leds went out. I returned it for a new one without a problem. They did test mine and test the new one to make sure it worked. No fussing at all. And no restocking fee.

Danger69-Your local to them I presume? Most likely its a big difference with EVERYONE else.

After everyone's stories.. I still think N1 SUCKS b/c of what they did to me.

So. I receive my taillights yesterday. IT was packaged pretty nicely. The first thing I noticed was the saran wrap on the front of the taillights..... I took the saran wrap off, and it looks great!

I then turn the taillights around to check out the back of it. On one side, one of the tabs is already cut off?!?!?! These were supposed to be BRAND NEW....... Also, on one of the sides, the where you plug in the harness, the plastic flap is loose. Like someone tampered with it before. (hard to explain ) I will have pictures tonight when I get home from work.

Lets just say N1 Concepts will be getting a call from me today and it's not going to be pleasant for them.....

I just got off the phone with Kevin over at N1 Concepts.
He said that b/c these were made for the japan model the tabs needed to be cut off. I said thats fine, but explain to me what only 1 tab on one taillight was cut instead of both taillights.... He told me that I could send it back to him and he'll send me a new one. Then I asked about shipping costs and he said he'll reiumburse me..... So now.....

Do I just say F it and keep the taillights and install? or wait another 2-3 weeks for the new taillight to arrive?

I'm on the side of just installing it and go with it.
The front looks nice.... both sides are same color ...

Sucks you didn't really get what you want =/ But if it was me, I'd just install them. I ended up cutting them off anyway, but I guess it's the principle of the matter. Good luck!

just so you know... if you feel they were fraudulent in their description, call your credit card co. tell them the situation, they will reverse any and all charges imposed against you so you can return them, and still not pay the restock fee... you can also call them N1 and remind them of the fact that they are entitled to nothing, since they were being fraudulent

Just make sure you give them neg feedback on ebay. Or better yet tell them you want a partial refund or else you will leave the bad feedback.

when something like that happens i notify my creditcard company
and tell them im disputing a transaction and not to give the store
any credit from my card.

if i see it on my statement, i dispute it again and usually my credit
card people are nice and works it out with the store. i pay nothing
out of pocket.

dont leave them neg feedback. It wasnt their fault he thought they were depot. It is only the buyers fault for not contacting them first. No matter how much I hate N1 this wasnt their fault.
