hey guys i know alot of you might buy from there and i did to but here is my experience from JHPUSA. i had bought ALOT of stuff from there and on June 10, 2008 i ordered the Takata Shoulder Pads, Spoon Red Lug Nuts and a Mugen Plate Frame. they called me the next day and said that the pads and lug nuts were on backorder and will have then in, in a week or 2. so i was like thats ok. a month goes by and nothing so i emailed them again and ask what is going on with my order they said its still on backorder and will be in in a week. so i was like ok again and it has been almost 6 months and i still dont have my order and i have been emailing them everyother week and on

Sorry for the delay I know you've been waiting a while for that exhaust but as of right now im just waiting for them to shoot me a tracking number so I can give all you guys an exact ETA. IF you have any further questions go ahead and let me know.

and then i havent heard anything over a month so i emailed them sunday oct. 19,2008 and said it doesnt take over a month to get a tracking number what is going on.

i ordered the mugen decal and a mugen key chain and a week went by and nothing no tracking number, so i called them and they said oh its on backorder and will be in, in a week. i said what is i wanted to cancel the order and they didnt say anything. so as i was waiting for my other order i was like ok thats fine. it has been close to 6 months and i still dont have this order with a decal and a key chain. and they say its still on backorder. ITS A F***ING DECAL.............




all i say is that if the part is not in stock dont keep the order. only buy things in stock bc this has happen to a couple of my friends as well............but after this i dont think i will ever order from there again

has anyone else had problems with JHPUSA

 

i try not to order things that are on back order because of the wait thing. I remember ordering my HKS Hi Power and i had to wait for that sucker to come in and i just forgot about it until it was at my doorstep. What can i say JDM things are a pain to get lmao

yea JDM things are a pain to get but the thing that make me mad the most was that they said it will be in, in a week everytime i talked to them. if they said straight out i dont know how long it will take but if we find out anything we will let you know. but they keep saying oh in a week, in a week.

too bad either. they will keep you posted on the progress pretty timely.

 

I live 5 minutes away from JHP. Never had any bad experiences.

 

they probably take long because shops dont just order your stuff, they wait a a big list of shit they need from japan and get it all sent at the same time. saves them a lot of money on shipping.

 

I guess I won't be buying the Mugen NR wheels from them, thanks for the info.
