Coming Out Photos

Just saw this. Go to www.vtec.net (Temple of VTEC) and go to 2006 Detroit Auto Show Photo Gallery for Jan 8. They have 2 plus pages of photos taken as the Fit was debuted at the show. Interesting that one of the Fits had a bar in the grill like the Civic.

Good work, Siguy.

I think it looks great. I have a hard time getting all wrapped up in the great bumper conspiracy. Especially in the front, I really can't see that much difference. In the back, the bumper will make a great place to sit while I am changing into and out of my golf shoes.

Are those the optional 16" rims? They look sweet. The only question is: Is it cheaper to get them, or to buy something similar on the aftermarket? I guess only time will tell.

By the way, for all those people whinging about the U.S. model being dumbed down, they should just waltz over to the Ford dealer and buy a Focus. No, wait...the Focus sold in the states isn't even the same car as what is sold in Europe!

Storm Silver metallic, sport 5MT, with 16" rims (maybe). I will have to stop spending money on the motorcycles to have some for the Fit.

Rims are nice, I plan on using the Enkei's from my old Civic for summer wheels.
4x100mm forever!
Honda Factory Performance wheels go for like $1400-1700 CAD, much better getting something aftermarket. Most aftermarket performance wheels are lighter too.

I can't wait to find out the pricing in Canada, and hope they are affordable as I will need something with 4 doors, and a low price, and being I've had 6 Honda's now, this would be a no brainer.

C'mon Honda Canada, release the pricing.

In the pics on the website, it shows a blank slot next to the side mirror controls....where's the fog light switch??

Also, it looks like the centre armrest is going to be an option as none of the pics showed it...(at least i hope it's an option!!)

I think the fog light switch would be found on the stalks.
