You can actually sleep in it hehehe but if you don't need that feature. Do not worry about getting an '08. Get the '09, both cars are great but if I'm in your situation I will buy the '09. If '09 body style and '08 came out at the same time, I will pick the '08 just because of the refresh mode. Sometimes I like pulling into a parking lot and take a nap if I feel very sleepy and feeling lazy to continue driving.
