I dunno, the Insight has its merits. With the down to earth prices my dealer is offering on them now, I'd probably go Insight if I had to pick again. But for the point in time when I was buying, Fit was a much better deal and I'm still happy with my car.

Re utility, yeah, getting into the second row of the new Insight seems much more difficult than the Fit. But second row utility has really become less important to me over the past year. The whole reason I got a third car was b/c we hired a nanny-who drives my CR-V. Now, I pretty much never have to take the kids anywhere in my car.
