For Canada only...
So the new budget is in, GST cut by 1 % after July 1. If you feel like saving about $180, get your fit after July 1 !
Also when you buy your car, recalculate all the taxes your self, don't trust the dealer to get it right.
So now my question, is
I put a refundable deposit down in Mid April if my car arrives in Mid June, can I wait to take delivery after July 1 to get the tax break? Or do I have to kill the deal, and restart it after July 1 to get the %6 GST Rate.
