I've always had a rule, being a guy, i can't drive a guy, and my wife can't drive a girl, it has to be opposties.

Since we share 1 car now the name had to be slighlty unisex..so my fit goes both ways. Shims name is Jaime.

I seem to be in the minority of giving my cars people's names, but I named mine Stella. I like it, and she likes it too

Mine looks to be named "Pumpkin"....lovely wyfe first named it that and it's definitely grown to seem appropriate.

Fit Names

Yeah so some people like to give their cars names while other people think it's terribly corny. I'm sure we have some of both on here, so why not have a thread where the namers can share what they call their Fit and the story behind it. I guess the other people can tell us how corny and lame we are for doing so.

I have taken to sometimes refer to my Fit as "Lisa." L15A engine = Lisa.

Anyone else?

I had a 98 civic coupe with a b20b I affectionately called "The Mighty Little Dustic" because my name is Dustin and it was a Civic so Dustin + Civic = Dustic.

Now my wife and I called my BOM Fit "The Mighty Little Dufit" for the same reason, although I occasionally call her Veronica because of the sexy voice my GPS has!
