Anyone else having trouble

putting their Fit in refresh mode? Either I'm a total tool, or I swear something is broken. I can't get the seat down those last few inches.

Ditto that. Recline the rears, scoot fronts all the way forward, remove front headrest, recline fronts. Slips right in. If you don't recline the rears, it won't fit.

Good luck.

Yeah man, use the little latch thingy that you use to put the rear seats down to recline it. It only goes like 2 inches, but you gotta do it for it to work.

Fit For A Queen "you have it going on". Oh I mean nice photo shoot.
Actually I am having the problem puting my seats into dirty mode. It is too tight by what seems an inch. The dealer did not have an easy time with it either.

i had a hard time with it too. this may seem kind of.... ghetto.... but i found that i had to kind of sit on the edge of the top of the seat, like get it as close as i could, and then sit on it while pulling the seat lever and kind of force it in. i've tried getting it into refresh mode on two or three different fits and had the same problem, but this seems to work.

Make sure you have the back seats reclined in as far back as possible. There are actually 2 different locking positions for them to latch in. When the seat back is reclined as far back as possible this pull the seat bottom back a little so the front seat will fit snug right next to it.
