hey fit freaks, i just moved into Simi Valley (from salt lake city) and will be here for atleast three years (signed a lease)
i see a few fits here and even a few that are modded a bit, i love the location and the weather here but am not used to No Rain. if anyone here is down to meet up and just shoot the s**t, then post up, i have a house with a big driveway and RV parking for washing our cars and we even have a pool for get togethers if anyone is down.

it's also time to find a job, i have worked at a honda dealer for 14 years in parts, i have a little graphic design exp. and just need to nail down a decent job soon, so any info on a job at your place of empolyment would be great.

Not Simi but still 805. Live in Oxnard, work in Newbury Park. Have a buddy out in Simi that I go visit once in a blue moon.

funny you say that Cat, i have a steep driveway and have to use extreme angles to get in and out, but it's all good, as i've been in this game waaaaaaay too long (22years) and love my cars!!! oh and yes it is hard moving to new and unfamiliar places. i lived in salt lake city for 41 years and get so so so confused here with no big mountains to tell me N, S, E, W, - i'll get it eventually

dont wanna start a new thead but i was thinking about setting up a meet in the san fernando valley or even up toward ventura, what ever is easier for those that want to get in on it.

i live in Simi Valley and see quite a few fits from time to time and have only seen a couple modded ones in town, the reason i dont go out to the meets in orange or that area is because without a job i dont have gas money right now but in due time i suppose. i just wanna see if there is enough interest here (within 30 min) to get some people together?

i looked and there are 150 views on this thread so there are alot of people looking and very few posting - come on!!!!

lol DUDE... I was out there the day u posted this. I was only out there working tho. I will be out in Northridge Next month 1 day for work as well.

 

there's a micro-car meet in northridge every tuesday from 9pm-??? near the northridge mall. i believe the cross streets are corbin and plummer at Pho King. there's a thread here in the socal forums somewhere, i can't find it though
