cvt problem

Hi everyone. I have a 1.3 honda fit 4wd gd2(second hand), mileage 156,000km. I just recently changed the engine oil, change air filter and the cvt tranny with a cvt fluid from honda. I noticed that from dead stop to acceleration the tranny vibrates when the shift knob is engage in D mode but when engage in S or L there is no vibration on the tranny but this problem don't exist before. Is this a sign of the famous cvt problem on early honda fit/jazz? Does it also have to do with my tires that are big? Have a 195/70/r14 tires. Please help..
