One of my local dealerships has a 2007 Honda Fit for sale. It has 189,XXX and was used for commercial use. The carfax shows all needed maint. and it was all done by a Honda dealership. I have never owned a Honda so I don't know much about them. He said he would be willing to sell it for $5,500 which is my limit on buying a used car. Based on what you all know about these cars, is it a good deal? I am not sure what the trim type is but it does have the gear shifters on the steering wheel.

Sounds like a GD Sport. That's ALOT of miles.. would probably be the only thing keeping me from getting it. According to KBB for my area 5,550 is their suggested price for a Private party sale if it was in fair condition. So if it's in good condition then you are coming out on top. Unless pricing is different for your area which it could be.
