Trying to find Windshield Shade for Fit

The large windshield on the Fit is great for visibility and look, but it sure lets in a lot of sunlight! Also, my black dashboard just seems to draw in the heat and UGH, it makes the interior hot... My last car had a similar windshield, and black dash, so I used a 2-piece Windshield Shade often during the sunny months to keep the interior temperature of the parked car down. Sadly, it is too small for the Fit.

I've been trying to find a reasonably priced Windshield Shade for the Fit. I've been to various stores, even tried a Jumbo-sized that SAID it would fit the Fit, but it was too small. I prefer the 2-piece because they fold up very small.

Recommendations?

the two piece shade (the one that can be twist folded) from walmart will fit... but depends on generation.

the jumbo fits the GD (according to the chart on the packaging)... the SUPER jumbo will fit the GE. I have the super jumbo.

Yes... I purchased the sunshield shade from the dealership.

$40 but it covers the windshield very nicely. Bit difficult to manage
the thing at first as it is one-piece roll up design but you'll get the
hang of it quick enough.

I would not be without it here in Texas.

I like my "super jumbo" shades from Walmart... $10 and easy as pie to put away. The temps have been cooler now, so it's just sitting in the seat pocket.

I got ceramic tint on my frint windshield in my s2k and boy does it feel nice and fresh in there all the time. Once i get my Fit thats what imma do to all the windows. Look into it, not a lot of people carry it and its expensive but worth it. And from what i have read on the forums the Fit is a hot ass car so that might help a lot.

also this might help. Its made for the Fit

I have a $ store one. I was looking mainly for dash protection. So mine lays on dash. It still reflects some of the heat though. Likely not good for 100F days but we don't get those.

It rolls up quickly too.

I also have the super jumbo windshade that I bought from walmart for maybe $12 max. I like how it folds nicely to fit behind the passenger seat. good enough for me!
