I got my one owner 2007 sport on craigs list and bought it sight unseen for $6500. Mine had 94,000 and didn't have any fluids changed except oil changes. So mine was an automatic and sport model. I'd talk them down to at least $6000 if it is a stick shift, base model. See what other models are selling on cars.com so you can compare.

I think you are getting a good deal in fact. But the only thing that is bothering me is, the vehicle is close to 100k miles on it and that’s a bit high.
I would advise you to go for pre-owned one, or the one that has low miles on it. Keep some options with you, even if you are looking at online stores. For instance you could also consider autopartsfair.com.
