I was browsing a Japanese used car site looking at a bunch of different Hondas. One thing I noticed is that they all had this "ETC" unit in the dash. The one shown in the picture below was in a Fit, but I also saw them in Civics, CRZs, Accords, etc. Anyone know what it is?

The slot may enable different discs to be inserted, e.g. personal use, business (company card)
