Is this my clear coat? Or something else??

Hi this my first brand new car, so I get very paranoid about everything haha I have a 2013 fit and I've washed a few times already and never really noticed anything. So today when I was drying my car I saw this for the first time ever.

It's on both sides of the roof I tried to lightly scratch it off and some of it did come off (I don't want to scratch too much)

I'm nervous that it might be my clear coat, it's too soon to start having problems with that, it's only been a year and I've never seen anything like that before. maybe someone knows what it is?? Or how to get rid of it?

yah try some googone or wd40 on it and see if it comes off. wipe with alcohol afterwards and re-wax the area afterwards.
