Hey Y'all.

Sorry if this has already been asked, but I was unable to find the answer on the forums or on Google specifically to the 3rd generation.

I recently purchased a 2015 Fit and only got 1 key. Fortunately, I found a programming tool for $40 so I can program the transponders myself, saving a lot of money. I am wondering how many spare keys I can have, as I would like to give one to my parents as well as have a spare of my own.

I'm not sure either but once you hit the limit and try to add another key it may simply unlink the first key. So if you add a key and the original key stops working, re-add that one.
