have you had any issues with your 17's? if so, what did you have to do to correct? where did you get yours? obvioulsy honda west isn't too knowledgeable, nor do their performance staff work Saturdays.. Thanks

one word: WOW
I love my car!
Mind you this is my second time driving a 5spd, there is still lots for me to get used to and learn to drive properly hehehe.
but DOOOOOOD IT'S AWESOME! I love my car

I tell you all my fellow fitfreak brethren and sisters... you do no wrong with choosing this car.
The trunk has been tested and fits:

-at least 3 tennis bags with tennis gear
-at least one full guitar case (comfortably!)

I was amazed! I thought for sure the fit couldn't fit a guitar case. but I'm so dumbfounded. Hehehe... and the ladies like

Mine actually only rubbed today on the drivers side rear wheel. It was a slight rub, but a rub nonetheless. To correct it, you will either have to drive carefully when carrying people or you will have to roll your fenders. No other way around it...I'm gonna try the former one, and if it gets really bad, then Ill have to roll...

kennyt, congratulations! We now have 3 Calgarians on this board! Anyone up for a meet?

hey all....i have the storm silver sport. have limo tinted and sun visor tint on front windshield...found necessary as windshield is quite tall. now i don;t have to use the visor and can see the traffic lights when first in line. fit all weather floor mats are an easy install and fit well. door trim (silver) went on easy and look great. i hope to have the 16" wheel issue sorted out tomorrow..i need those black enkei's to make the car look even better cio

Thumbs up Fit owner in Calgary

I'm using my dads account at the moment. He bought my brother and I a Storm Grey Honda Fit manual. We just put a Type R shifter knob on it yesterday. Small and it works great! Maybe you've seen me driving around Calg. Havn't seen any other fits at all, where are you guys?! My dad was telling me how he cut off a blue one on the way to work one morning, but other than that no sight of other fellow fit drivers.

I'm up in the NW, but work in the NE. Haven't seen a Storm Grey one yet except at the dealership.

came through Cgy this morning, saw one VBP lx or Dx, one storm grey parked on Bow trail, and one red sport, all in the span of like 30 minuts. Also Saw one red lx/dx in Banff. And one other Red sport on hwy 1. total of five over the week end.

Picked up my Orange Sport Fit from High River Honda about three weeks ago... been driving since then... and have yet to see another Fit in Calgary... My wife said she saw one last week and waved at the driver.

I was able to get the FIT by calling High River and seeing what they had coming in... went the next day and put a deposit... two or three weeks later it arrived from Japan.

When I called my insurance company, the agent had not even heard of the Fit, so had no idea what my new rate would be.

cheers,
NewFitLand
Calgary...

p.s. I have posted some pics of my Fit under the Pictures thread.

Congrat on your car. I got a quote from TD Monex and it was about $1000/year.

I placed my order at High River too. Do you have a auto or manul one?

Hey Bear...
We got the Automatic one... would have taken either... but the automatic will be easier for our kids to learn to drive (they are both nearing driving age)...

I dealt mostly with Terry Connolly at High River Honda... I found him to be very honest, no nonsense...

Have you got your car yet, or are you still waiting for it...

cheers,
