07 Fit engine swap

Well I did it. I purchased a K24A with a K20 head with dual valve springs, Ggrams intake manifold, cold air intake, ECU from a Civic Si, a 6 speed Civic Si LSD trans, with axles, and shift cables, Hasport mounts, off ebay for $4,200. It looks good so far. Removed the valve cover and no varnishing or caked oil. Pistons have some slight carbon build up. Valve stems (looking through the intake and exhaust) look fine. So I have an 07 fit sport with 303,000 miles on it. YEAH ! It has a motor that was installed at 207,000. It had 30,000+ miles on it when it was installed in 2014. So it's time to make a change to a K24. Ok that's the history.

So has anyone done a swap like this? My first time.
