Just wanted to let everyone know about the lousy experience I just had with HondaPartsNow. Their website advertises "Genuine Honda Parts.... Lowest Prices on the Net." I was looking at a set of all season floor mats for my new Fit, but found them at Majestic Honda (HondaAutomotiveParts.com) for $88.84 instead of $96.00. I mentioned that I found them a little cheaper at one of their competitors and asked if they would price match. The guy said, in an annoyed tone, "No. Our prices are pretty darn low." He lost my business for good. They need to learn some customer service skills... word of mouth is a powerful thing. Bottom line, if you're going to advertise "lowest prices on the net," you'd better be willing to price match, otherwise don't make such a claim.
