I can't decide between 6000 or 8000, is 6000 pure white? or it has a blue glow to it? I know the 8000 is very blue...but I"m worried about visibility...

I just ordered mine today (8000K) I can't wait to get them installed.

diedwater: Azncarbos posted pics of his 8000k HID kit. It looks great and from what I can tell from the pics the visibility is fine. Most people get the 6000k cuz it produces the brightest light. I think the higher the temp the less bright it actually gets.

Here are some pictures, where you would mount the ballast. Right now im working on a DIY on installing the HID kit.

And H4 is the right bulb for the Fit.

To install the HID you have to take apart the entire front end of the car? That kind of sucks lolz. I don't have a garage. Well I guess I am going to have to wait till you post up your DIY! lolz thank god for fitfreak.net and people like you who are willing to help!

btw i like the top fuel powerchamber intake

if u want to mount the ballast where he mounted them yes. if not u can mount them elsewhere and not have to take the front bumper off. if u take a screw off the fender well u can reach under and take the bulb out and replace it with the hids. i think there was a diy of it somewhere. but bump for some great quality and excellent customer service.

Good buy. I'm still working on DIY write up on mounting the ballast. but here quick overview what you need to do, first the remover the front bumper, it really easy, there 4 body clips on top when you open the hood, and there 4 more on the bottom and 2 screws also, remover them from the bumper. Then you just pull the bumper and will come off, now once you pull off the bumper the fog lights wires are still attach, disconnect them. now take out the head light unit. now just check out the pictures i posted early, it will give better view. I try my to get the diy done really soon
