Lugnuts?

My brother and I are picking up our project car today, which has no motor, no wheels, nothing. We've got a set of makeshift wheels to get the car up on a trailer and get it home, the issue is we need lugnuts. The rims have a super narrow slot for the lugs to fit into...

Where can I pick up a set of "tuner" lugs today, is this something that you can pick up at an autozone? I've never really thought about buying lugnuts at an autozone, but I figure they have all the ricey stuff so they may have something. Any ideas?
