I will get pictures and post them. He said it would help that engine run better and I did not know he had it until I showed him your car.

Lightbulb It ain't like wine it don't get better with time.

After 182k miles the old gal got a new oxegen sensor. And runs like a scalded ape! not
But I do hope to see alittle bit better mpg.
The real blessing with this ride is the parts are in the discontinued phase. This O2 sensor is a Bosch 12050 exact replacement for $8.00!
I went to Auto Zone and borrowed the sensor removal kit and w/ a 36" cheater bar, Kerrrr snap! and it was out and the new one in. This is the easiest car I have ever worked on! I took a quick bonzie run and the short of it felt Fine but the mpg will tell the long of it. Carpet this weekend and that will be about it for her. Buffed out, new suspension, running and shifting well, clean, clean , clean need to strike while the iron is Hot and sell sell sell!ya right.....
There is 1 thing about this car that drives me nutz and that's No cup holders! notta nunya! and it's not like it has all kinds of room for them either. If anyone out there has over come this probem let me know.
Thanks! for reading the ramblings of a hondahead.

Big Mike

Nice Haircut.. 8 dollars for a o2? Honda had it right years ago. Big heat wave and my Civic ran perfectly except for lower mpg I am very happy. A/C ran cold and washing the car does make the car ride better.

I saw a couple of those little hatchbacks up in Missouri and Arkansas over the weekend... As light as they are it wouldn't take a whole lot of ponies to get one to fly...

Carpet Fever
Got it Bad today! "The Fever" only one thing to do, Pull the original carpet and replace it that should do the trick!

I have to hand it to Honda they have a clean approach to installing carpet. I've done a 68 Mustang and a 69 Charger
and basically the sill plate did the majority of the carpet hold down. But Hondee has strips, buttons, it should be :fun!:
putting the new carpet in. It's just a chunk of molded chocolate brown cut pile carpet. Got the clips off the sill plate
but where does someone find a stapler that can go through carpet and the plastic strips?? Well, we will see right!
