Hmmm this thread will show my age....

Im not big with music anymore, let alone names of todays artists. To be honest I am usualy listening to the news or financial reports. BORING!! LOL!!

Heck in the NSX the car is so loud from the inside that I rarely even turn on the radio in it.

All that aside this is what I might be caught listening to.

Punk - old school stuff from Social D, The Ramones, to some of todays new guys.

Reggae - You can never go wrong with Bob Marley, Yellowman, Jimmy Cliff, etc.

Ska - Smashmouth, No Doubt, KROQ type folks...

Blues & classical - this really depends on my mood but once in a while its on my radio.

Rap - Very rarely, but only really old stuff. 80's Run Dmc, Ice-T, Beastie Boys.

Country - Ummm no, just no.

Rap-Anything Wu-tang related, Common, Cam'ron, any rap that is NOT played on the radio or MTV(when they actually play music).

Other- The Shins, Bright Eyes, The Beatles, pretty much anything that is good that isn't country or Jazz.

Awesome. German metal/industrial is among the best IMO.

I actually stumbled upon Eisbrecher while translating Rammstein lyrics (my sig is from Du riechst so gut). Antikörper is on its way to my house as we speak.

Right now for me,

Nine Inch Nails - Heresy

Excellent real Hip Hop picks up where Food and Liquor left off. I highly suggest. He is definitely one of the best out lyrically. If you like Mos Def, Talib, Nas, Common... then you'll love "The Cool"

Right on, I thought Food and Liquor was great. I can't believe I left Nas off of my list, he's been one of my faves forever!

Dude! Listening to video game music while driving is awesome!

I actually just discovered this a few months ago: Galbadia Hotel

That site has most of the music from just about EVERY video game you can possibly think of.

I've downloaded virtually all the music from NFS II and III, and play it while driving frequently.

Currently for me though...

I listen to talk radio and whatever is on the classical or jazz station lately. I guess I'm too old to listen to all that hip music and do all those "cool" dances =[
