Passenger side water leak, is Cowl top assembly why?

This is the pool that occurs.

Water dripping down windshield, under cowl, and into the unknown.

Lit picture of water path.
Hi everyone. I've used this forum for many years to help with issues I've had, but I need to post for a question for the first time. After having the windshield replaced mid-2018 and having no problems, the car leaked heavily in December. Make a long story short, the water is running down the windshield, under the wiper cowl (which is no longer touch the glass) down into what I believe is the fresh air intake, and then into my passenger area. Will buying an attaching a new cowl and making it flush to the glass stop this? Is there drainage down inside this area I should have cleaned? Stuffing a shirt inside stops the leak, but living in Florida, requires a lot of shirts. 2010 Honda Fit Sport, Automatic.

Thank you for any info you may have!!

Maybe it's a leak in the windshield seal?
