It's such a joke. Some dealer will try to make anything sound optional or fancy.
Btw, my old car was an '06 Civic EX AT with CD changer, XM, HFP rims, and HFP kit. I know I lost a lot but trading it in for the Fit was worth it.

Yeah i kinda find it stupid to list EVER SINGLE feature on those things lol. When you sit in the car more then have of those things will be odvious right away lol. They're just trying to make it sound more fancy then it is-
