I thought it was a weird comment. Watch the video that summarizes all top ten. They just said law enforcement liked the fit cuz it was fast.

Yay the fit made top ten again. It must be the slowest car on that list.

 

Top 10 on C&D is a bad thing, though. We all know the Fit is awesome. But when a car makes top 10, the price goes up. Just look at the Honda Civic from 2 years ago. It made car of the year, and the price went up.

 

Theres a diffrence bettween top 10 and car of the year:)

Wow! Great to see the Honda Fit making that list maybe Honda will show it some love and support the class. Will have to pick up the Car and Driver issue to add to my Fit collection!

C/D WAS the reason I got the fit. They had the 15 Cheapskates Comparo. I was deciding between a versa and a Fit. Not only did the fit scored #1, but it said it did so EASILY.

C/D was also the only review for the fit before the fit came out.

 

Actually it could help our resale value.

 

Fit FTW! Anyone who is interested in a comparison before they buy, PM me, I made a spreadsheet for my g/f to give to her parents so they don't buy a damn Yaris...POS...

 

dunno why no one else has said it, but winning a C/D comparo or being M/T's car of the year has nothing to do with a car's price going up. The civic's price has steadily gone up every year with every generation. its nothing new and nothing that C/D or motortrend have any say in.
