seems like a great car to drive to and from work, maybe run short errands in. but, i wouldnt take it out of the city unless i absolutely had to. I'll never understand seeing huge dualies or even big suv's inside city limits, I hate parking my sisters dodge diesel and wouldn't ever buy one unless I lived on a farm.
I had a dream a few years ago, I lived in a huge city and every car looked about the same, small little pods, and parking wasn't a problem. If everyone followed that mantra I think life would be a little less stressful, world peace, hunger would end, and people wouldn't have to worry about opening their doors after they park.

Too much money for such a small vehicle, IMO. They're extremely safe, though. We're getting our Fit cuz we need a more efficient road-trip car and around town car. Our Forester is our snowboarding/bad weather car.
BUT... if they really do end up being between $11,850 and $14,000, and get "46.3 miles per gallon in the city to 70.6 mpg on the highway", I can see many commuters buying one for the gas savings alone.

^ Exactly! :D
They always seem to quote lower numbers when guessing on pricing to make people hold of on a car purchase, and then when it comes out at $1k to $3k more, people figure they'd better buy it anyway.
