Agree, but I think JDMxGE8 meant "road racing" as in sactioned racing on a paved surface...

This car will probably not see much time on public roads...I'm scared some yahoo will rear end me at stop light. Also, I bet every Tom, Dick, and Harry will want to race me constantly.

Yes, by road racing I meant W2W racing.

What kind of filler do you prefer to use BnD?

I am a huge fan of Rage & Rage Gold. The stuff sands off like it is made of air.

I use the Rage Extreme (Pink can)...it is good stuff. For spot repairs I use Bondo glazing compound...comes in a tube and sands really easy as well.

So I finished mocking up the diffuser lip and I'm about 75% happy with the way it turned out (I'm OCD + perfectionist). This was as much a "proof of concept" as anything...and I learned alot from working on it. Now I know what to do to make it >95% how I want it and I will reattempt this project soon...

LULz...I ended up staying here to continue my training (work), so it looks like my Temple TX plans are on hold for 4 more years. You'll be the reigning champ of TX motor speedway by the time I get there!

And here you can see what the door trim and rear door handles looked like previously:

The REAR doors are getting gutted out...they will basically just be shells. The FRONT doors will retain all power features - windows (especially since I gutted the AC vents out of the dash) and locks.
