My wife's friend came over to visit and I got to check out his Toyota Yarris (4 door - hatch) and have to say that besides being extremely plain and boring inside and I would never buy one, it's performance was respectable for what it is.

I'd drive a Yaris. Just wouldn't modify one or be excited buy it. As an appliance its great.

The car gets riped apart in the press for its performance. It is nice looking and being a Toyota a car that will out live you and can be passed down to your grandchildren.

 

ive not driven the latest one (nor care to), but the previous gen was borderline horrible. hertz rental gave me that a couple of times and it was only marginally better than some kia's they gave me.

i couldn't believe the yaris is made by a japanese car manufacturer...to me, that's how bad it is.

 

LOl thers a freaking team of Yaris by my area a TUrbos and supercharged ones

 

considering how little the car offers in stock form, perhaps making them into race cars is the way to go, huh? hahahaha.

 

yeah that guys turbo sounds nice its tripy whne u see them roling to car meet and u hear a blow off lol
