Progressive Snapshot Review
So I just completed ~6 months of driving around with this gadget in.
Here is what it is all about:
"If you avoid hard braking or stop-and-go driving, drive fewer than 30 miles per day, or avoid driving between midnight and 4 a.m., then you're likely to save with Snapshot."
Since I live a few miles from work, and only use the car for commuting and stopping by the store on the way home, I thought I would give it a try to save some money on my Honda Fit's insurance.
It was a bit of an annoyance at times having to brake slower than I wanted, but It was worth the 30% refund I got on my existing policy, and the 30% discount I will now get going forward. If you drive in average conditions, you will probably be able to save ~10%. Anything beyond that, and I don't believe it would be worth the hassle.
If you have any questions, just ask!
