From the pic he posted it look like his Fit was back to stock when it was stolen.
Any idea as to how they stole it since our keys are chipped?

i have my keys

the right rear window was smashed so my friend is assuming that's how they got in and maybe towed it away after they put it in neutral

i should have been more clear, the car was back to stock bumpers when it was stolen

Yup unless you did something fraudulent, all you need to pay is your deductible and they should make your car look like picture A. If you have comprehensive coverage, it will be fine.
