need my bumper fixed...its hanging on slightly

can anyone help me?? i need my rear bumper fixed. Its flapping around on the passenger rear side i think the clips or screw that holds it on in place broke off or the bumper crack and broke off...does anyone know a good place where i could possibly get it fixed for a good price aroind the IE 909 area thanks

If you are talking about the screw at the corners of the bumper then drill a hole and use a zip tie.
