They all still hold air. If thats good enough lol. One tire has half life left. 2 are barely showing some camber wear(steel) and other one is almost there. I think theres shops around here that sell used tires for about 25-35 a pop. You can still roll on these tires, just wouldnt recommend any aggressive driving.

Hey! Have a great weekend, it looks like spring has finally arrived!!!! Hooray, I can wash my own car again!

 

Yes it will be a beautiful weekend to crawl under the car and replace the springs and exhaust header.....I might just do an early oil change as well.

 

What set of springs and header did you get/put on?

 

I picked up a used Megan header from dasboot and some very slightly used springs from Black Cobra... JDMChris likes the Megan and has had all Megan on his car since it became the first prototype for Kraft Werks.... The springs have only a slight drop and are supposed to work very well with the stock shocks and struts.... I can't handle short stiff springs and the cars I have had them on really got messed up by them.

The only thing that really pissed me off was after I had bought the Advan's.. Dunlop comes and starts selling the Star Spec Z1 in 205/50... WTF! Oh well.. I guess I will have to go thru these quickly

I owe you a meal so you can head on up this way whenever you'd like.... The county has put in a road to my house and it isn't going to cost me a thing since the state no longer collects property taxes on homesteads of 20 acres or less, so I only pay on 4.53 undeveloped acres.....I am still trying to stash away cash for the High Boost package and whatever it is going to take to get the most out of it......
