Mounting the front license plate in front of the front mount inter cooler seems counter productive to me... I am considering a license plate bracket that mounts to the front tow ring mount.

I think H-Fit makes one out of anodized aluminum.

I'll endure the heat and drive up in the old pickup if you and Hootie are going to meet up...

Guy at O'reilly's recommended Polish Compound to get the Wax swirls off. I brought it home and got right to work. It did the job! Hopefully either tomorrow or Saturday I can get a chance to thoroughly wash it and wax it properly.

Oh, and on a side note I ordered Window Visors from the Honda Dealer. Going to go have them installed tomorrow.

Wow, u didn't have to do that. Claybar wouldve done the job and its way easier than using a compound. A compound will take some of ur clear away, do not overdo it if you don't know the density.

Well what's done is done. lol. It's alright though. The wax came off and the paint is fine. The guy came out and looked at the problem, said a Clay bar likely is not going to get it off. He told me the dangers of both Rubbing Compound and Polish Compound and then told me how to do it. I did it and it looks good. Cheaper than the Clay kits too lol.

It is cheaper no doubt. But Claybar takes off all the nasty particles in your paint as well. What kind of wax were you using to make this all happen ;x

Walmart brand AutoX supreme.

Lol nah, I used a new wax called ArmorAll Extreme Shield Wax. They had a $10 mail-in rebate for it so I figured I would give it a try.

I agree fact that it's not productive to put a license plate in front of the intercooler. I would get hassled a lot without my plate since you can spot my car really far away. Rho-plate has those brackets that you're talking about. Still, my placement for my plate is the best without it looking awkward.

I don't like armor all at all. Especially any of their shine products since they do contain silicon that can eat up rubber.

I think I should buy a Carbon Fiber license plate frame for the front Plates aswell as back. I think that would make it look a lot better as opposed to just having no cover on the front plate.

Did not know this. I will likely pick up some Meguiar's Wax. I mean really I got the ArmorAll wax for about $3 after rebate. So It's no huge loss there on top of me coming away with a huge lesson learned. Lol.

Hey if anyone wants my winglets (unpainted and never mounted) let me know. You can PayPal me and then Van can probably bring them to the meet as he's picking up my rear sway.

$80

I'll post some pics if anyone is interested. I bought them for the fit but of course have moved on since then and the wifey doesn't care about having them.

Thanks
