I think most of the Fit owners I see just have better things to do, like drive. I'll give a little wave from my steering well, or a nod if they're next to me and looking over, but I don't flash my lights or anything like that.

As for representing Indy, I'm in Fishers (NE side) and I'm very much willing to try to get some meets together, but scrolling back in this post you'll find they'd have been attended by...well...me. Lots of talk, no organization or action. Not sure what we can do except recruit. Maybe with the numbers, we'll actually find some folks interested in getting together a bit more often.

 

I'd be great with a Fit meet in Central Indiana. I say we go to an auto-x together. I went to the last one two weekends ago, and had sooooooo much fun. Everyone there is extremely nice and it's great to feel the limits of your car in a controlled environment. Next one I can go to is June 8th in Terre Haute so a little drive, but worth it!

 

I'm not going to track my car but I'd be up for cheering on a fellow FitFreak'r.

 

Can't make that but wish I could. Terre Haute is where I got my fit! My wife's family lives around there.

I didn't see any fitfreak members from there but maybe I just missed them.

 

It would be great if we can do a meeting/photoshoot in Indianpolis =]

Wednesday June 4th. 82nd Street Starbucks Castleton area few blocks west of 465. I'll be there at 4:30-5:30

Hopefully I can clean out my fit by then It is not fancy by any means but very much my day to day drive.

If nobody else shows up, that's fine.
Certainly fine if there is another event.
If nothing else, maybe this is a time to meet and think about other times/places to get together.
