question? what does narrow eyed mean

I would not ask here however It does not come up on ask.com neither is it in my dictionary.... do you know what the slang term means? thanks

Id assume its Slang for people of Oriental/Asian decent.

well I asked. I know there are people that use this expression. It was used in my case by a phasician. I had just told him I was being cautious.
