well I just found out the hard way that neg reps show up on ppls CP...

Well mistakes and misunderstandings do happen....bummer....
but I still think I should +rep and -rep far more often as I have witnessed many, many wonderful, usefull, helpful things, and a bit of some unsavory inapropriate stuff as well (surprisingly low on this site though....YAY!
