The forum is made by vbulletin and from what i have read on all of there pages of help for admins and owners it is a completely customizable system and more then likely has some crazy parameters seeing that everyone seems to be different. Its almost like a random mode but either way without actually asking admin from what i have gathered its pretty much hopeless.
