In a nutshell

How Fit's Electric Power Steering works 2007 Grizzly 700 FI - Electric Power Steering (EPS)

Problem noted on first post; steering makes noise when steering wheel is cranked all the way.

Cause; Electric motor is straining against stop or end of rack (similar to hydraulic power steering found on most cars)

Solution; Don't crank the steering wheel quite all the way or do so with a lighter pressure.

Bottom line is nothing is wrong!
