Keeping in mind we have Fits, the drop from the springs is subjective. What matters most is the F/R spring rate. You don't want the springs to be so stiff that you can't enjoy it as a DD, but you want to have some sort of performance upgrade for the track.

I can't remember which springs have the softest [relatively] spring rate of the top of my head, but you should shop around and read any reviews for all available springs. I think there are at least 7 different lowering/spring kits for the Fit. Stiffer isn't necessarily better, especially if the car's daily driven.
